30 Day Smoothie Challenge

In an effort to eat healthier I’ve decided to do a 30 Day Smoothie Challenge, starting today! Care to join me in this healthy venture?

30 Day Smoothie Challenge

My main reason for doing this little challenge is to eat better. I figure I can save myself some calories and make a smart choice first thing in the morning with a smoothie. My smoothies typically contain 2 servings of fruit, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1 cup of cashew milk. Sometimes I add a scoop of protein powder too. (Like Pure Vegan, check out my review and giveaway here!)

I think this is a GREAT way for me to get my recommended daily intake of fruits too. Most days I do not eat enough fruits and veggies, I have been really trying to fix that problem. My plan is get 2 fruits in the morning and then 2 veggies with supper, then I only need one more serving as a snack, sounds easy, right?

I have no problem exercising enough in a week, my problem is I eat too many calories and I don’t make the smartest food choices. I really hope this is a way for me to remedy that!
