  1. I try everything to help. I use midol, a heating pad, and take hot baths.

  2. Most of the time I don’t use anything, because when I do try Midol or Pamprin it seems like it does not help. I have horrible cramps ever since I got my IUD. I mainly just roll around on my bed and moan until it passes. lol. I’d love to try this and see if it helps.

  4. Ponstan (generic name- mefenamic acid) works pretty well for me but I’d like to go drug-free if possible.

  5. I tough it out or use Advil if it’s really bad —- I HATE using pills!

  6. i normally take ibuprofen or drink wine. wine doesnt help the pain but …. wine!

  7. This sounds amazing! I really need to get this my periods are very painful and cause me to take off work! i typically use aleve aleve pm i also drink hot chocolate and during winter use heating pads. I am due to have a baby next months so this products would really help me in the recovery process i beleieve. I would love to try your product!

  8. I usually use Extra Strength Advil and a heating Pad. Definitely going to give this Allay a try!
