Parmesan Cauliflower Tater Tots

  • 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Chop cauliflower into small pieces, cook until tender.
  3. Mix together flour and parmesan cheese.
  4. Drain cauliflower thoroughly, mix in garlic butter.
  5. Add half the flour/cheese mixture into the cauliflower and mix together.
  6. Form the cauliflower into balls and roll in the flour mixture, place on an un-greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cauliflower Tater Tots are super easy to make, but they are a bit messy when it comes to forming the balls. The mixture is a little sticky until you roll it through the flour mixture. That helps them stick together and form a batter.

I left them in the oven for 20-25 minutes, but you may want to leave them a bit longer, depending on how crunchy you want them. You can eat them alone or dip them in pizza sauce, either way they are sure to please the whole family!

  1. This sounds so good to me, but I probably couldn’t get the kids or hubby to eat it.
