Reflexion Yoga – Full Yoga at Home! #giveaway #reflexionyoga #ad

I was super excited to try out Reflexion Yoga’s programs. They offer a full 8 week program that will get you a fitter, healthier body, whenever you have the time. No need to keep buying a gym membership when you can’t always make the classes. We all know how schedules can change from week to week and making it to a yoga class might be what is cut from your to-do list.

With the Reflexion Yoga program, you choose how long you want your session to be. If you only have 30 minutes, that’s great! There are several choices for you! Have a little more time? Challenge yourself with a longer session! You can also choose the difficulty of your programs, so if you are a beginner you can work your way up to a higher difficulty, at your own pace. If you are already a yoga pro, you can challenge yourself to their highest difficulty!

With the Reflexion Yoga, you are able to choose the time, but also the location of your workouts! So if you are travelling you will still be able to get your yoga session in! Or take your laptop, smartphone, or tablet outside and have a relaxing session and watch the sunrise or sunset!

I really like that there are so many ways to customize a plan for yourself. You choose where, when, your difficulty, length of your workout, and even your instructor. Each instructor has a different teaching style so you can see which motivates you the best!

When signing up, you can choose to be billed monthly, or pay for your subscription annually. You can also try out the service for FREE for 15 days! Enter the giveaway below to WIN a membership! This giveaway is open WORLDWIDE, however all instructors only speak English.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  4. I have only tried Yoga once, but it was really very hard for me. In my opinion I think it works best for those who are flexible, which I definitely am not. I wouldn’t mind trying it out again though.

  5. Yes! I’ve been practicing since January of this year, lost 10 lbs just from yoga so far. Im self taught and practice in my living room! This would be amazing to win.

  6. I don’t practice on a regular basis but I try to do according to youtube videos sometimes. I’d love to have a chance for a proper course, though.

  10. I used to many years ago and I keep trying to start up again but haven’t found the right motivation/tutorial that works for me. It’s a very visual learning process and the books I have are more frustrating than relaxing. Getting started again is a priority for me, I remember loving it.
