Take your healthy lifestyle one day at a time with this 21 Days to a Healthier You challenge.

21 Days to a Healthier You
  1. Take a 10 minute walk.
  2. Eat at least one fruit or veggie with every meal.
  3. Drink at least 6 glasses of water.
  4. Do 30 pushups. They can be all at once or broken up through the day.
  5. Try a new workout.
  6. Try and avoid 'drinking your calories'. Stick to water instead of sodas or juices.
  7. Do some yoga before bed.
  8. Unplug from technology at least 2 hours before bed.
  9. Eat at least 5 fruits and veggies today.
  10. Take a 20 minute walk.
  11. Don't sit still while watching tv. March in place or do some simple strength moves.
  12. Keep track of your calories intake all day, no matter what you are eating. It can be very eye opening when you keep track of it all.
  13. Do a total of 100 jumping jacks today, either all at once or broken up.
  14. Try a fruit smoothie with at least 2 servings of fruit.
  15. Eat at least 2 salads today, one with lunch and one with supper.
  16. Try a 30 second plank.
  17. Make sure to get 8 hours of sleep tonight.
  18. Try and make some healthy changes to your favorite recipe.
  19. Try and Meditate before bed. Relax, clear your mind.
  20. Try a new healthy recipe.
  21. Take a 30 minute walk.
