This Cheese, Chives, and Bacon Hummus dip is so easy. Serve with your favorite crackers, or add it to a chicken wrap for a delicious snack.
Truth be told, I had never tried hummus before making this recipe. My brother is actually the first one in our house who tried it and he loves it, he’s been taking it to school for lunches since he was in kindergarten. Did you know how EASY it is to make? I didn’t!
- 1 Can of Chickpeas
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ cup Green Onions
- 4 Tablespoons 'Seasoning for Cheese, Chives & Bacon Dip' from Epicure
- Put chickpeas, lemon juice, and olive oil to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Add epicure seasoning and blend until very smooth. You may want to adjust how much seasoning mix you use, I used 4 tablespoons but you may want more. Optional: After the hummus is blended fully stir in green onions.
