Don’t Stress Over Leaks from Stress Urinary Incontinence! #LiveWithoutLeaks

This holiday season let’s keep the focus on family, fun, and festivities!

Ladies, we have no time to stress about leaks during this busy season!#LiveWithoutLeaks This Holiday Season. Don't Worry about Leaks from Stress Urinary Incontinence

My mom and I like to kick it up a notch before the Holidays. We spend a couple weeks being super strict about working out and eating healthy before the Holidays, because everyone knows there are sweets galore and turkey dinners to be eaten! We try and make sure our health and fitness goals aren’t undone with a week of Holiday treats!

My mom has had 3 kids, and at 55 has been experiencing Stress Urinary Incontinence. Which is way more common then you would think. SUI affects one in four Canadian women at some point in their lives and almost HALF of this number suffers from SUI. SUI can happen when sneezing, coughing, laughing, and yes, even when exercising. It’s not something that we talk about a lot, but we should. It’s normal, it happens, it needs to be talked about because there are products that can help you live a normal, active lifestyle!

My mother has recently tried Poise Impressa Bladder Supports. It was super easy to use and it’s not bulky or uncomfortable. There is even a sizing kit available for just $9.99 so you can find your perfect fit. See, up until now women have had very few options for dealing with SUI. We had bulky pads, briefs, or invasive surgery. Poise is offering us a brand new option that aims to make our lives easier – insert it and forget it!

Mom found that the product did it’s job and did exactly what it promised – it stopped leaks. She found the sizing kit easy to use and understand and she was able to find the size she needed easily. She has been using the product for a couple weeks now and she can’t imagine going back to a bulky pad now! She’s laughing, running, and playing with no leaks, AND she’s comfortable. I’m happy to say it has given her a self-esteem a boost too!

There is so much stress that already surrounds the Holidays, worrying about our SUI when you are in your holiday dress is the last thing you want to be thinking about!

  1. This would help someone I know on a daily basis, as after childbirth urinary incontinece became as issue.

  2. They wouldn’t help me out so much as this is not something I struggle with, but my mother is a nurse so it would be really useful at the nursing home she works at

  3. These are a useful option to see if pessaries may be helpful, too. I hope I won’t need them , but it’s good to know one’s options. My Mom-in-law lives in a senior’s apartment building, so surely many ladies could benefit.

  4. My mother-in-law would benefit from this. I could too! Sometimes I am starting to have bladder leakage when I sneeze.

  5. My mother in law would be able to go out on day trips and not have to worry about the leaking. I think I could use it when I am under the weather, when I cough – I tend to leak sometimes..

  6. It would help especially when I get a cough. If a get a bad cough then leaks are a problem

  7. It would help during those embarrasing moments when you sneeze and have bladder leakage

  8. My Mom just underwent a full hysterectomy, she would benefit from Poise Impressa. Thanks!

  9. It’s good to have that piece of mind. It doesn’t affect me so much, but it would benefit my mother and mother-in-law.

  10. thsi would help me with those unexpected moments, like a sneeze, cough or if I get startled

  11. My mom would benefit from this as it would be a safety guard against any embarrassing leaks.

  12. My mom would because she has had bladder problems for years since it was damaged during surgery.

  13. I could benefit because when I have a cold I sneeze a lot and this would make me more secure on those days.

  14. This would be so helpful to me as I suffer from bladder leakage since having my son and it is so embarrassing.

  15. This is very helpful to a lot of women my age (me) who also have had 3 kids – I find I can’t go for a walk because I need to be close to a bathroom.
