  1. I found it interesting that athletic training could not only improve your speed and endurance, but also your balance. I’ve always had terrible balance due to collapsible arches, sometimes even when wearing my supports. I think that athletic training may help me gain better balance, but also lose some extra weight.

    • I think diversifying your workouts is key to staying physically well rounded. I love running, but that’s not going to keep my flexible like yoga will. Know what I mean?

  2. I want to get better at tennis. It makes sense that professional training would be beneficial! Being able to get a more competitive edge would certainly be nice.
